Onesie Delights at the Dance

We were asked to donate a prize to the Willy Wonka Chocolate Ball auction, and of course we made a bespoke onesie!

Hundreds of people gathered together to help raise funds for Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity, which helps to make the lives of seriously ill children better by funding specialist nurses and carers, supporting parent groups and charities that help families with information, activities and all-important fun, and making grants to hospitals to help improve children's facilities. And also the RHPA ( Russell House Parents' Association )which exists to support and enhance the parents and children's experiences at Russell House School.

The ball was full of magic, music, golden tickets, oompa lumpas, and a wild and wacky wonderland!

All the tickets were sold out and each table was full! The table we sponsored was called Whangdoodles... a character mentioned in a few Roald Dahl books including Charlie and The Chocolate Factory!

Everyone was treated to a 3 course meal and all night dancing!

It was a HUGE success, with a total of £25,000 being raised!

We'd like to say a huge congratulations to the gentleman that won our onesie in the auction!  He bid a whopping £200 for it!!

We're so pleased that everyone enjoyed themselves!
